Meet the Director
Cara Gleeson Director, Senior Physiotherapist
Cara graduated from UniSA in 2007, following her passion for sports aerobics, fitness and well-being. She has medalled at both national and World Sport Aerobic Championships with a competitive career spanning 20 years. She continues to choreograph and judge on a state and national level.
Cara has provided physio services to Athletics SA, Tennis Australia and Lacrosse Australia (Senior Australian Women’s team to the US, Europe and Britain).
For the past four years, Cara has been specialising in musical theatre. She has toured with Matilda, Mamma Mia and, most recently, Billy Elliot. Her enthusiasm for the challenges faced by high-level athletes and theatre performers, particularly with injury rehabilitation and management, sees Cara looking to help every ‘body’ face its own challenges and rehab to full fitness.
